Community Group Registration

Please complete all relevant sections of the form to register for a community group listing on the Uniting Crieff website. We are also supporting some local businesses to register – please contact us at unitingcrieff@gmail.com to discuss options. The listing is free but you will be responsible for advising Crieff Community Trust (the administrator) of any changes by emailing unitingcrieff@gmail.com. The Trust will also contact you occasionally to confirm your listing details. Please refer to the Uniting Crieff Privacy Policy on how we use your information.

This should be the person responsible for keeping your group information up-to-date on the Uniting Crieff site. This information will not be shared on the website and will only be used for the purposes of Crieff Community Trust contacting you (unless you list it as a public contact). At least one contact method must be provided.

Please tell us about your Status. The Uniting Crieff site was designed for community groups and organisations and we appreciate these are wide-ranging in Crieff. We are also happy to support small community businesses etc.

Please specify what kind of organisation you are.

Choose the category or categories to which your organisation belongs. There are 6 different categories where groups can be listed - please read the descriptors below with some broad examples
Shared Interests - Reading groups, history society, bridge club
Support Groups - Supports specific members of the community e.g. young people, older adults, people with additional support needs, girls and women
Physical Activity, Sports Clubs & Teams - Organised teams and clubs, including both junior and senior age groups
The Great Outdoors - Walking, cycling, dog walking
Make a Difference - Groups that regularly rely on volunteers to function e.g. local research/focus groups, litter patrols, neighbourhood watch
Thriving Community - Supports other business, promotes tourism, assists other community groups and organisations, anchor organisations, service groups

Provide one sentence that articulates your purpose.

Describe your group in a paragraph e.g. what you do, who it's for, age group if relevant, when it happens etc.

Please describe your response to the current pandemic e.g. you are open/delivering as normal, services are suspended etc. If not applicable, please state this.
